Trio Accounting wanted new website copy that would increase engagement and leads.
The Process
Trio Accounting could provide me with a brand voice guide, their key messaging and a skeleton draft. Firstly, I created a tone of voice for the brand. Before going onto sharpen up the website copy with attention-grabbing headlines and content that was more engaging and more compelling. I also assisted with naming the accounting packages. I optimised the headlines and content for SEO and wrote the meta titles and descriptions.

The Brief
Inspire Photography wanted to advertise a new photography package on their website and in an email marketing campaign.
The Process
I started with a briefing meeting where I got to understand the brand, their customers and to establish tone of voice. by creating the tone of voice guidelines for the project. I worked with my client to create an attractive photography package for his customers. I wrote copy for a new landing page and email copy to re-engage his customers.
The Outcome
Inspire Photography has a landing page with copy that gets attention, communicates his offer clearly and drives action from new visitors. This offer has been so successful it is still running five years later.

I started the project by developing fresh property descriptions for office buildings in Wellington. Once these were finalised, I proceeded to enhance the existing website copy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness. Lastly, I performed a comprehensive proofread of the website, meticulously checking for any typos, spelling errors, and inconsistencies.

Andrea provided me with a list of bullet points, and I created an email template for her to send to her clients to ask for written testimonials. Then I interviewed her, pulled everything together and wrote a clear, web-friendly biography that showcases Andrea’s talents and matches the tone of the website.

Andrea’s professional bio shows her as a valuable addition to the team. Additional work has also included writing bios for other members of the team and case studies for their website.

Nansons is a property valuation and property management services company with clients throughout the Wellington Region,
They needed fresh new website copy that better represented their services, team, and company values.
During an initial consultation with the owners of the business, I discovered that they really needed more than a new website. Their business had grown to include more services and a larger team, and they needed help with brand identity.
The Process
I created a new tone of voice, provided a new business name, and concepts for a new logo. Then I set about creating a new site plan and wrote clear, concise copy for their website.

The Process
I started with a briefing meeting where I got to understand Ann’s business, her new coaching program and her ideal clients. I created a skeleton draft and wireframe for the new landing page. I also recommended Ann reach out to her clients for reviews to include in this campaign. I created new ad copy for the landing page that complimented the tone and style of her existing website and brand. I also wrote the copy for her Google ads.
The Outcome
Ann Jay has a new sales page and copy for new Google ads. It connects with her ideal clients and brings new leads into her business by encouraging people to book a free call.

Insync Massage needed a copywriter to write engaging copy for their new website.
The Process
I worked with Insync Massage to understand their brand, their services and ideal customers.
I created a skeleton draft of the new website (wireframes) and wrote web-friendly content, including home page, service descriptions and about page. I also created a new tagline, ‘Keeping you mobile and pain-free’.
The Outcome
Insync Massage have clear, concise web copy to inform and educate new customers, and grow their business. I went on to also set up a new Facebook page for the business, created an email newsletter template and wrote email newsletter content.

FS Cycles had found a web designer and needed professionally written web copy that would attract new customers to book a service at their new workshop.
The Process
I interviewed the owners to understand more about their new business and what makes them tick. I created a tone of voice and personality for their new brand and wrote their new website content. This included writing a value statement, two short bios and copy for a new home page, about page and services page. I also conducted keyword research and optimised the website content for SEO.

DeoCare NZ is a recruitment agency for the healthcare industry. As a new start-up, they needed help creating their brand identity and wanted fresh, friendly copy for a new website.

I worked with the owner of the company to create the company mission, values and tagline. Once we had created a strong brand, I researched competitors and interviewed staff to understand their point of difference. I created a tone of voice and personality for their new brand and wrote their new website content.
